Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GreetingStudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GreetingStudio (greetingcardstudio.com) is operated by Ivan Dovbenco, a sole trader based in the Republic of Moldova (“we”, “us”). It is an online service for designing, printing and sending greeting cards and invitations. Free templates and the card editor can be used at no cost; Premium designs and features are available through a paid plan or a one-off purchase.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Plans and Payments

• Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our online reseller and Merchant of Record for all orders. Creem charges your payment method, collects any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and handles payment questions and refunds together with us.
• Free. Free templates, the editor and the downloads described on our pricing page cost nothing.
• Premium is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout (in USD, including any sales tax or VAT collected by Creem). It renews automatically on the same day each month or year until cancelled.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Premium then stays active until the end of the period already paid for; there are no partial refunds for the rest of that period, except as set out in our Refund Policy.
• Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately; the unused part of the month is credited.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Premium stays on for 7 days while the payment is retried, then the account returns to Free.
• Single Card or Single Invitation is a one-off purchase of one Premium design for your account. It does not renew, and lets you edit and download that design, in every format, for as long as the service exists.
• When Premium ends, your saved cards stay in your account. Cards made from Premium designs can be viewed but not downloaded again unless that design was bought as a Single Card.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GreetingStudio to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive
• Upload images of individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or exploit the service
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the service for any commercial resale without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant GreetingStudio a limited license to store and display uploaded images solely to show them in the cards you make.

The cards you make are yours to print, send and share for personal use. The templates, illustrations and fonts in our designs remain the property of GreetingStudio or its licensors and may not be resold or redistributed on their own.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that printed colours will match your screen exactly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreetingStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
