Refund Policy

1. Who handles payments

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our online reseller and Merchant of Record for all orders. Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method through Creem, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

2. Premium subscription

• You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, or within 7 days of a yearly renewal.
• After that, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time: Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid for and does not renew.
• There are no partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period.

3. Single Card and Single Invitation purchases

• A Single Card or Single Invitation (one Premium design) is refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if the design has not been downloaded.
• A refunded design is no longer unlocked for download.

4. How to ask for a refund

Write to us in the chat on any page, or email [email protected] with the email address of your account. You can also reply to the receipt email from Creem.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
